1. Who we are
This website, reputation-mate.com (“Reputation Mate”, “we”, “us”), is owned and operated by Online Solutions LLC, a limited liability company licensed in the United Arab Emirates by Sharjah Media City (Shams) under Trade Licence No. 2221203.01 (Formation No. 2221203), registered address Sharjah Media City (Shams), Al Messaned, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. All contracts formed through this website are with Online Solutions LLC.

2. Acceptance
By accessing this website, requesting a quotation or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Return Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Services
We provide online reputation management and digital marketing services, including online reputation monitoring and reporting; preparation and submission of removal, correction and takedown requests for defamatory, fraudulent, fake or policy-violating content and reviews through the official reporting, legal and escalation channels of the relevant platform; reputation repair, content production and publication; and search engine optimisation (SEO) and generative engine optimisation. Services are delivered remotely. The precise scope, fee and timeframe for your engagement are set out in your order confirmation or proposal, which forms part of these Terms.
4. What we do not do
We act lawfully and within platform rules. We do not publish false or misleading reviews, we do not impersonate any person, we do not access accounts or systems without authorisation, and we do not seek the removal of truthful content by unlawful means. We may decline or discontinue any engagement that would require this, and we may terminate immediately if we discover a request is unlawful or based on false information supplied to us.
5. Your obligations
You confirm that you are authorised to instruct us in relation to the business, brand or individual concerned, that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you will supply the access, evidence and approvals we reasonably need. Delays caused by outstanding information extend delivery timeframes accordingly.
6. Results and no guarantee
Removal, ranking and visibility outcomes depend on decisions made by independent third parties, including platform operators and search engines. Except where a specific written guarantee is given in your order confirmation, we do not warrant any particular outcome, ranking position or removal. Where a written removal guarantee is given and not achieved, our Refund and Return Policy applies.
7. Fees and payment
Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise and are payable in advance by card or bank transfer unless agreed otherwise in writing. Retainer fees recur monthly until cancelled under clause 8. Card payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details on our systems. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or bank charges applicable in your own jurisdiction.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights are set out in full in our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Confidentiality
We treat your instructions, documents and case details as confidential and disclose them only to team members and to platform or legal channels where necessary to perform the services, or where required by law.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website belongs to Online Solutions LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Deliverables produced specifically for you transfer to you on full payment; our tools, templates and methods remain ours.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Suspension and termination
Either party may terminate by written notice where the other is in material breach. We may suspend services where fees are overdue or where continuing would breach law or platform policy.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version published here at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, and the courts of Sharjah, UAE have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may enforce payment obligations in any competent court.
