1. Who controls your data

2. What we collect
- Details you give us: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business or website name, and the case details, links, documents and evidence you send us.
- Payment data: when you pay by card, the transaction is handled by a licensed third-party payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the last four digits and card type. We never receive or store your full card number, expiry date or CVV.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring source, collected through cookies and analytics.
3. Why we use it
To respond to enquiries and provide quotations; to perform the services you purchase, including submitting removal and correction requests to third-party platforms on your behalf; to take payment and keep accounting records; to comply with legal, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations; to improve the website; and, where you have opted in, to send you service updates. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Legal grounds
We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with our legal obligations, on the basis of your consent (for cookies and marketing, which you may withdraw at any time), and for our legitimate interest in operating and securing the business.
5. Who we share it with
Only where necessary: the platforms and their legal or reporting channels to which we submit requests on your instruction; our payment providers and bank; hosting, email and analytics providers; our legal and accounting advisers; and authorities where the law requires. Providers may be located outside the UAE, in which case we require appropriate contractual safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
Case records and correspondence are kept for the duration of the engagement and for up to five years afterwards to meet legal and accounting requirements. Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months. You may ask us to delete your data earlier where no legal obligation requires us to keep it.
7. Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Access to client files is restricted to team members who need it. Despite our precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
8. Cookies
We use necessary cookies to operate the site and analytics cookies to understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; necessary cookies are required for the site to function properly.
9. Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and request a copy in portable form. Email our contact form and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the competent UAE data protection authority.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
